About Flag Ship

A family owned and operated company based near Libby, Montana, Flag Ship Foam and Coatings was founded nearly 20 years ago.  When asked why, owner Marvin Mullet stated, 

“The inland Northwest has some of the most resilient business minded people in the world.  We live in an area where the population is less than desirable when running a business.  Yet somehow, they find ways to keep their doors open.  Flag Ship Foam and Coatings seeks to provide an energy efficient, cost effective alternative for the business owners of the inland Northwest.”

It is Flag Ship’s goal to keep more money in the pockets of local business owners, while simultaneously working as partners toward saving the environment by using and offering greener, more climate friendly,  roofing solutions.  We believe we share this goal with our business community partners and friends.

Materials.  Flag Ship proudly uses Conklin products and systems.  We choose to do so because of the extremely high quality and unbeatable warranties Conklin offers.

Training.  The technicians at Flag Ship Foam and Coatings are highly trained.  Ongoing training is provided routinely to ensure each member is current on industry updates and changes.  As new techniques or materials are developed, our members are trained to maintain our cutting edge installation capabilities.

Professionalism.  From top to bottom, the entire Flag Ship culture is steeped in the requirement that professionalism is maintained at all times and in all encounters.

Customer Service.  We won’t say the customer is ALWAYS right.  As professionals, there are times we may have to tell a customer they are wrong and why.  Should that occur, it will be done respectfully and always with the best possible end result in mind for your business and your building.

Craftsmanship.  Raised in an Amish community, owner Marvin Mullet has a deeply ingrained appreciation for true craftsmanship.  He carries this into every installation on every project Flag Ship Foam and Coatings accepts.

Warranties.  Each of our systems has its own designated warranty.  We offer a standard 15-year manufacturer warranty for our DuroLast products on most roofs, and up to a 20-year warranty on other roofing systems, including labor and materials.
